Sovereignty-first, full coverage

Most "EU AI" offerings stop at datacenter location. An "EU region" on AWS, Azure, or GCP is not sovereignty: under the U.S. CLOUD Act, U.S. authorities can compel access to data held by U.S. companies globally, regardless of where the datacenter sits.

TechVera takes a different approach:

• The gateway itself is sovereign. Operated by TechVera GmbH, an Austrian company, on EU-sovereign infrastructure. No U.S. parent, no U.S. subsidiary, no CLOUD Act exposure.
• Sovereignty is the default routing tier, served by providers not subject to the CLOUD Act.
• EU-hosted hyperscalers are a first-class option for workloads where global model breadth or cost is the priority — available on opt-in, with full transparency on which tier is serving which request.
• Global providers round out the catalog for use cases where neither sovereignty nor EU hosting is required.

You decide — per request, per team, per application — which tier applies. We enforce it.

• One EUR invoice — consolidated billing across every connected provider. No opaque hyperscaler bills.
• Real-time cost per request — provider, model, tokens, EUR. Per-team and per-application attribution.
• Transparent pricing — provider's per-token price plus a margin reflecting the sovereignty tier (Global +5%, EU-hosted +5.5%, EU-sovereign +7%). No subscriptions, no minimums.

• Reliability — automatic failover across providers, configurable fallback chains, multi-provider resilience by default.

Two lines of code. Swap your base_url to https://api.techvera.ai/v1 and use the model parameter to express your routing policy (e.g. eu-sovereign/auto). Everything else in your stack stays unchanged.
